Shorten Thumbnail File Names

Click >Process >Shorten Thumbnail File Names

This is useful if you need shorter file names for use with accounting, point of sale or other systems.

You will be asked for a folder to process. This process looks for the word “Thumbnail” in file names. If found, text to the right is removed.

Example:

047834000066-Thumbnail-Sushi Chef-Sushi Chef Powdered Wasabi.jpg

becomes

047834000066-Thumbnail.jpg
