Thumbnail images are intended for educational purposes. They are useful for product identification. When possible they are sourced from the manufacturer, but ultimately it is up to you to ensure accuracy and fitness for any purpose.
It may be a good idea to test a few items from a given manufacturer, prior to requesting thumbnail images for a lot of their items.
On rare occasion you may receive a placeholder image (one is illustrated below) or an image that is just wrong. This is unintentional and we apologize. If you report the image to us we will accelerate efforts to correct it AND we will notify you when it is done. To report bad images email us an answer file that only includes rows for the items with the bad images. support@totalbusinessware.com
