Your list should have one item code per line. The codes must be legit EAN/UPC  as issued by GS1 and ideally include ALL digits you see printed on the bar code label*. The detective works with codes that are 8, 11, 12 or 13 digits long, Missing check digits (far right) are ok, but not ideal. Quotes around the codes, or commas after the codes are ok, see examples below. When you save your list file SAVE AS TXT or CSV.

*If your scanner does not send all the digits that you can see on the label OR you have existing data that is missing digits we can help. Please inquire for details.
